The Gym is now open 24 hours per day, everyday for our members! The Gym is staffed Monday - Friday 12 PM - 6 PM

Location:  The Gym Sacramento is located at 9844 Business Park Drive in Sacramento, on the North East corner of the intersection of Highway 50 and Bradshaw Road

¼ Mile and right into Parking Lot Next to Contractor’s School and/or Bounce Town
The Gym faces Highway 50 just off Business Park Drive

 

Equipment: The Gym has a full array of workout equipment to help your workout. We offer a unique combination of quality machines, free weights, dumbells up to 130 lbs., and cardio equipment.

Personal Trainers: The Gym is pleased to host the services of several outstanding personal trainers.  Their services are available by calling 916.363.GYMS, or when your come into The Gym. >>
